Dear GCD Readers,
On March 15, 2023 my book Pastor, Jesus is Enough from Lexham Press will be released. I wrote it in an effort to encourage and point pastors to the superior and all-sufficient person of Jesus Christ. By inviting pastors to listen to Jesus’ words to the seven churches in Revelation 2-3, I explore how our union with Christ provides pastors and Christian leaders with all we need to navigate the mountains and valleys of ministry today. My goal is to see as many pastors encouraged and helped through this book as possible.
Here’s where I need your help; I’m looking for a team of folks who would be willing to read and help promote my book in the weeks and months following its release.
If you join the launch team you’ll receive:
A free digital copy of Pastor, Jesus is Enough, before it releases to the public
News and updates on the book.
Access to a launch team exclusive livestream conversation about the book, pastoral ministry, and ministry burnout with me and a panel of pastoral leaders and authors.
A few surprises from me to say “thank you.”
In return I’m asking for your help by sharing about the book with your friends and followers online by posting about the book before, during, and after launch week, as well as writing a review and reflection to share on Amazon, Goodreads, and other places where the book is sold.
How do you join the team? All you have to do is click the button below and subscribe to the official launch team newsletter. I’ll coorespond with you from there.
If you’re not interested in joining the launch team, but still want to do something to help, pre-ordering the book on Amazon would do a ton to help increase the visibility and potential of the book as well. Amazon’s algorithms pushes books to the top if they have high pre-sales numbers. This will help expose the book to pastors and leaders who might not be familiar with me, but are looking for a resource to encourage them. You can access the Amazon page and pre-order the book below.
In any case, thanks in advance for your help and support of this book and the pastors I’m trying to serve through it. If you are a pastor or Christian leader, I am praying this book helps raise your affections for Jesus and support you in your ministry. As we seek to cultivate writers and resources that make, mature, and multiply disciples of Jesus at Gospel-Centered Discipleship, it’s my heart that this book will be another way that the church flourishes and that Jesus is glorified. Thanks for your help!
In Christ,
Jeremy Writebol | Executive Director
